Shipping Time
Your order will be shipped within 3 business days if the products are in stock. And all orders will be shipped within 7 days once the products become available.
The total time it takes to receive your order is shown below:
The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.
Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination. The shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose. Please refer to the shipping rate section for details.
Shipping from your local warehouse is significantly faster. Some charges may apply in this case.
When you order from Ebeestock.com, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your order's shipment. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

Because of global COVID-19, we cannot ensure the delivery time by sea (normally 25-60 days), as many ships stayed in the port and all logistics service providers are affected. Meanwhile, the freight cost by sea has risen a lot than before, for some overweight package, we cannot afford this cost and will need you to cover the extra freight cost. We suggest you should choose a faster shipping method in this case, and we will try our best to find a solution to make the shipping cost lower and will make a refund to you if you cannot cover the whole freight cost.
Some locations and countries don't support ship by sea, in this case, we are not able to ship your package at a flat shipping rate. Our service team will contact you via this issue as soon as we can and we will make you a refund if you don't agree to pay the additional shipping cost by express.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number for you to follow up on the package status.

About Customs Charge
You are responsible for all import taxes and duties that may be charged when your parcel passes through Customs. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you have ordered from us arrive in your country.
We advise you to find out about the local regulations prior to ordering from us. Elecbee can not give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country.
If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you assume all liability for all costs involved in returning the item to us.
