Ordinary BNC female pin cores are not plated with gold or silver, or are plated with a very thin layer of gold. After a period of irregular and thin pin cores, there will be poor contact, and even poor contact during use.
2. Look at the outer layer of the BNC female seat.
The outer layer of the high-quality BNC female seat should be finely machined and flat with a mirror surface, so that it can be well in contact with the BNC male head in a large area, and the conductive effect is good.
The outer surface of the ordinary BNC female seat is not smooth, and the contact surface with the BNC male seat is small, and the conductive effect is not good.
3. Look at the material used for the outer layer of the BNC female base
When the BNC male seat is in contact with the BNC female seat, the BNC connector male seat is in contact with the outer layer of the female header through the second layer of the first male seat, so the second layer of the high-quality BNC male header is copper, high-quality The outer layer of the female header is copper.
